Copper Strips & Bronze Profiles for Electrical & Industrial Use

Copper strips and bronze profiles are critical semi-finished products for electrical, mechanical, and decorative manufacturing. Their combination of conductivity, strength, and formability enables diverse fabrication processes.

Copper Strip Characteristics

Copper strips offer excellent electrical conductivity (>99.9% IACS for ETP grade), good formability for stamping and bending, and consistent thickness tolerance (±0.01mm for precision grades). Available in soft, half-hard, and hard tempers.

Bronze Alloys

Phosphorous Bronze (CuSn5/CuSn8) — for springs, contacts, and bearings. Aluminium Bronze (CuAl10Fe3) — high strength, wear resistance for marine and industrial applications. Gun Metal (CuSn10Zn2) — for valves, pumps, and marine fittings. Silicon Bronze — for welding wire and marine fasteners.

Dimensions & Tolerances

Strips available in widths from 5mm to 600mm and thickness from 0.1mm to 12mm. Supplied in coil or cut-to-length form. Edges available as slit, sheared, or deburred. Thickness tolerance to EN 1652 Class A.

Testing & Quality

All material tested for chemical composition by spectrographic analysis, mechanical properties (tensile, hardness), dimensional accuracy, and surface quality. Test certificates to EN 10204 3.1 available.
